Delete Your Account

You can remove your Sinhela account and its data at any time.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open Sinhela on your phone.
  2. Go to Me → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, photo, phone number and status.
  • Your messages, media and voice notes stored on our servers.
  • Your community memberships and contacts.

Messages you already sent may remain in other people's chats on their own devices, because those copies belong to them. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. Backups are cleared within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

If you have lost your phone or can't sign in, send us a deletion request using the form below, or email support@sinhela.com. We action requests within 30 days and may contact you to confirm you own the account.
